System preferences

The following System preferences can be changed on this tab.

Parameter name	Limitations	Possible values	Description
Language	defined values	list of all implemented languages	The application is shown to this user in selected language.
Allow notification email	checkbox	on / off	If email notifications are generated by the system, this option defines whether the user wants to receive them or not.
Redirect to production line after assignment	checkbox	on / off	After assigning a Production Item to a production line, the user is automatically redirected to the planning of this line.
Allow mass movement to Redbox	checkbox	on / off	Enables mass transfer of several Production Items to Redbox.
Allow mass deletion in tables	checkbox	on / off	Enables mass deletion of several Production Items in tables.
Display inactive shifts	checkbox	on / off	Even deactivated shifts are displayed to the user in the planning of the production line.
Display inactive production lines	checkbox	on / off	Even deactivated Production lines are displayed to the user.
Material Primary indicator	defined values	Use global setting Code Title Alternative Code Description Code and description Code and alternative code	Defines what data is used as material primary information in the whole application for this user.
Material Secondary indicator	defined values	Use global setting Code Title Alternative Code Description Code and description Code and alternative code	Defines what data is used as material secondary information in the whole application for this user. Normally follows primary information after separator “ \| “ or on another line.
Material Tertiary indicator	defined values	Use global setting Code Title Alternative Code Description Code and description Code and alternative code	Defines what data is used as material primary information in the whole application for this user. Normally follows secondary information after separator “ \| “ or on another line or in tooltip.
Handling Unit Template Color Visualization	defined values	Default Declaration screen Planning All -	Defines on which screens color highlighting of the Handling Unit Template information is applied based on its assigned color. Default: general system parametrization is used. Declaration screen: information is highlated only on Declaration screen. Planning: information is highlated only on Production Control screen. All: information is highlated on all screens of the system. - (deselect): Color highlighting of information is not used.

Delivery box Row 2	defined values	Delivery Number Count/Pieces Ship To City Goods Issue Time	Defines what data is used on the second line of Outbound Delivery box in parallel planning.
Show advance warning	checkbox	on / off	Displays a slider in parallel planning screen that can be used to set a time period (1h, 4h, 1d, etc.). This time period then checks whether any Outbound Delivery has a Goods issue time earlier than the current time + selected time. So it will say whether, for example, there is an Outbound Delivery expedition in the next 24 hours. And such Production Items are then highlighted in orange in parallel planning.
Show unassigned production items	checkbox	on / off	Whether the unassigned Production Items section in parallel planning is available.
Show grouped unassigned production items	checkbox	on / off	Whether the unassigned Production Items section in parallel planning can be grouped by material.
Show Production Items in Grouped Mode in Planning Module	checkbox	on / off	Whether the Production Items in production planning can be grouped
