Getting Started with Time and Attendance
The Time and Attendance module is designed to manage workforce presence, shift planning, and absence requests directly within the Productoo platform.
It connects operators, team leaders, and administrators in a single workflow — from logging in at the workstation to exporting hours for payroll.
The module provides real-time visibility into who is on shift, ensures traceability of all requests and approvals, and automates routine HR processes such as attendance tracking and absence reporting.
Who is this guide for
This guide is intended for three key user groups involved in workforce management:
Administrators / Planners – responsible for initial setup, data import, shift calendars, and operator profiles.
Team Leaders / Supervisors – manage daily attendance, approve leave requests, and assign operators to shifts.
Operators – log in to their workstations, check schedules, and request absences or leaves.
Each section of the guide walks through the workflow for these roles step-by-step — from setup to daily operation.
What you can do with this module
Track real-time presence through RFID or PIN-based login
Manage shift calendars and workforce allocation
Control leave requests and approvals
Ensure traceability of attendance
