Shopfloor View detail

By clicking on a production line, the application will redirect us to the screen with detailed information about the production line and its process.

The upper part of the Shopfloor View screen displays the name of the current declaration screen, as well as information about the status of the production line. This includes whether the production is currently on schedule, or whether it is running behind schedule. If configured, the name of the actively logged-in operator can also be displayed here.

In the upper-right corner of the screen, the user icon displays the name of the currently logged-in user. Clicking on this icon opens the user account settings, allowing users to manage their account information and preferences.

The main screen at the production line is divided into two parts. The left part is for the management of the production order just being produced and the production history on the line. The right part shows the Workstation detail. In this part we have several sections where we can operate:

  • Production queue

  • Redbox

  • Redbox of the line

  • Incomplete items

  • Instructions for individual materials

  • Elements of visual inspection

  • Documentation

  • Operators

  • Overall equipment effectiveness

The system includes a parameterization feature that allows users to swap the right and left sides of the screen on the Shopfloor View screen. This feature is controlled by a parameter called "Switch sides of the SV," which can be configured according to user preferences.

By allowing users to customize the layout of the screen in this way, the system helps to optimize the user experience and improve efficiency. Users can arrange the screen in a way that best suits their needs and preferences, ensuring that they can access the information they need quickly and easily. This can help to reduce errors, minimize downtime, and improve overall productivity and performance.

The under color of the production line may also differ. This feature signals the status of production. There are two colors:

  • Green - the production line is producing according to the plan

  • Red - the production is in delay. On the top of the screen is displayed, how big the delay is.
