Production history

Production history in reporting is used to track and analyze the historical data and events related to production processes. It provides a comprehensive record of activities, such as production orders, work orders, material consumption, production quantities, and related timestamps. The production history allows stakeholders to gain insights into the production performance, identify trends, monitor efficiency, and analyze the overall production process. It enables data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and performance evaluation in a production environment. By analyzing the production history, stakeholders can identify bottlenecks, address issues, and make informed decisions to improve productivity and meet production targets.

The list of all production items can be filtered by all shown columns, it means by:

  • ID - database id

  • Production item - Production item number

  • Declared qty

  • Scrap qty

  • Quantity (Bad)

  • Declaration time - exact time of declaration

  • Material - material indicators (code, title, …)

  • Department

  • Reason code - in case of sending item to Redbox

  • Production line - Production LIne, where production took place

  • Operator - Operator who declared this item

  • Declaration location - Shopfloor View, where declaration took place

  • Is master order

  • Master order - Production number of the upstream Master item
