Production history

ID - database id
Production item - Production item number
Declared qty
Scrap qty
Quantity (Bad)
Declaration time - exact time of declaration
Material - material indicators (code, title, …)
Department
Reason code - in case of sending item to Redbox
Production line - Production LIne, where production took place
Operator - Operator who declared this item
Declaration location - Shopfloor View, where declaration took place
Is master order
Master order - Production number of the upstream Master item
