The operators
The button :PL11: opens the Layouts for this page, opens the Layouts for this specific page and you can find the same buttons across the entire Production control. This enables the user to personalize shown data in the table below.
The list of all Maintenance orders can be filtered by all shown columns, which means by:
ID
Maintenance order number
Status
Priority
Description
Scheduled finish time
Created on
Equipment number
Type
Technician
Reason code
Redbox message
Inserted time
If you click on a specific item, you can either delete the item with the button :delete: or assign to a specific operator.
With the button :Information: operator information will be displayed:
In this tab we can view the workload calendar in days, weeks and months. Also in this dialog we can see the information about items already assigned to the operator.

The button :Change: allows us to change the data at field where the icon is related to
With the button :DeleteItem: we can delete the whole maintennance order.
Instructions
Instructions are clear guidance step to the assigned operator on how to complete the required tasks. These instructions outline the specific job to be done, including any relevant details, steps, or procedures necessary for successful completion.

The button :DeleteItem: deletes the order
With this button we can delete the single instruction
Attachments
The attachments refers to the files or a pictures which are relate to the maintenance order.

In this section we can drag and drop the file or picture for and upload it for the order or we can select from the already uploaded media files.
Completion confirmation detail
The information or documentation provided by the assigned operator to indicate that the task has been successfully completed. It may include a brief description of the work performed and the date and time of completion.
