Maintenance execution
The Maintenance Execution process in Productoo P4 software is designed to streamline and document maintenance tasks efficiently. This guide outlines the steps technicians follow from receiving Maintenance Orders to completing them, ensuring detailed tracking and reporting.
Accessing Maintenance Orders:
Dashboard View:
Upon logging into the Maintenance Shopfloor View, technicians see a dashboard listing Maintenance Orders assigned to them or their team that are not yet started.
Maintenance Order List:
Technicians can navigate to the "Maintenance Order list" from the dashboard, which categorizes all assigned Maintenance Orders by their status: "Created," "Assigned," "Assigned to Team," "In Progress," "Paused," "Redbox," and "Completed."
Viewing Maintenance Order Details:
Click on a Maintenance Order to open its detail view.
The detail view includes:
Equipment details (with links to equipment documentation, maintenance history, etc.).
Description of the maintenance issue.
Attached media files (photos, videos, audio recordings).
Specific maintenance instructions.
Starting the Maintenance Process:
In the Maintenance Order detail view, click the "Start Maintenance Order" button.
The status of the Maintenance Order changes to "In Progress."
If the order was not already assigned to the technician, it is automatically assigned upon starting.
Pausing and Resuming Maintenance:
To pause the maintenance process, click the "Pause Maintenance Order" button.
A dialog box will appear to fill out the reason for the pause.
To resume, click the "Continue Maintenance Order" button.
Logging Maintenance Actions:
Use the "Completion Confirmation" button to log individual steps and actions taken during the maintenance process.
The Completion Confirmation dialog allows for:
Logging the time taken for each part of the work.
Documenting the executed instructions.

Saving and Finishing Maintenance Tasks:
Click "Save" in the Completion Confirmation dialog to save the entry and continue working.
