Equipment

Equipment refers to the machinery and tools used to make goods. Different types of equipment are used depending on the industry and product being made.

Some common equipment includes machining tools (like lathes and milling machines) used to shape materials, assembly line equipment (such as conveyors and robotic arms) for mass production, and material handling equipment (like forklifts and cranes) to move materials within the facility.

In the equipment section of the maintenance shopfloor view, we can find the list of equipment. This list can be sorted by following parameters:

  • NUMBER

  • DESCRIPTION

  • LOCATION CODE/LOCATION TITLE

  • EQUIPMENT CATEGORIES


Detail of the Equipment

After selecting the equipment we will get to know more information. On the left side are the information about the equipment. With the button for issuing the maintenance order.

The parameters on the list of information:

Equipment number

The number of the device/machine on which we are working at.

Location

The location of the machine

Status

Current status of the equipment

Last maintenance

The last maintenance order which was done on this equipment.

Next maintenance

The date of the following maintenance order which wiill be done on this equipment.

Owner

Responsible

The operator currently working on the equipment.


Equipment card

On the right side is the equipment card with 5 tabs to with information.

Maintenance orders

In the maintenance orders tab we can see the scheduled maintenance orders for the equipment. The records of them cna be view either by a calendar view or in the table.

Calendar view:

In this view we see all the maintenance order in the calendar view for this equipment. We can set the views visual as a month/week/day view.

Table view:

in this view are visible following information.

  • NUMBER TYPE

  • DESCRIPTION

  • STATUS PRIORITY

  • TECHNICIAN SCHEDULED FINISH TIME


Maintenance order detail:

To show detail about specific maintenance order displayed in the calendar/table, we press the one to open the detail information.

The maintenance order detail information shown in the table:

  • Maintenance order number

  • Maintenance order type

  • Description

  • Current status

  • Priority

  • Date created

  • Created by

  • Date of assigment

  • Assigned by

  • Scheduled finish time

On this tab are four operational buttons:

  1. start maintenance order

  2. Compleate maintenance order

  3. Completition confirmation

  4. Send to redbox

The right side of screen is dedicated to a manitenance order card with five subsections:

  • Working instructions

  • Attachments

  • Completion confirmation

  • Gallery

  • Documentation

Maintenance history

In this tab we can view the history of maintenance orders. Otherwise, the maintenance orders which already were done on the equipment

After pressing the tab the table with following information will be displayed:

  • NUMBER TYPE

  • DESCRIPTION

  • STATUS PRIORITY

  • TECHNICIAN SCHEDULED FINISH TIME

  • STARTED FINISHED


Finished Maintenance order detail:

To view more information we can view the detail about maintenance order. In the completed maintenance order the operational button will disapear but the compleatition confirmaiton.

Maintenance notifications

Maintenace notification is the tab where all the notifications created are listed.

In the table is a list of all maintenance notifications with parameters:

  • NUMBER

  • TYPE STATUS

  • PRIORITY CREATED BY

Gallery

In the gallery tab are all the media files relevant for compleating maintenance order for this equipment.

Documentation

In this tab are listed all the documents regarding the equipment and the documents for maintenance order.
