Opens Production item dialog detail on first tab (currently shows barcode, but it is not strictly defined, meaning it will always open the first tab).

There is a step with required quality check
there is quality check step in instructions, it will check if it is not created or not in progress status.
Quality test code must be setup in Settings/Main/Quality test code.
It will open an override dialog to prevent an accidental finishing of an open instruction quality check step.
Instructions all completed
Active when:
Instruction steps > 0
Instruction steps completed < instruction steps
Authorization code in SV/”Authorization code” is set
It will open a dialog to prevent an accidental finishing of a production item when all steps are not finished.
Barcode valid
Active when:
SV/”Barcode mandatory” is active
It will check if barcode of ProductionItem is set, otherwise it will open a dialog to manually input the barcode.
