Instructions - WD

The instruction tab displays instructions for the currently produced item. These instructions are in a precise order and execution of each step has to be confirmed. The following production instructions will not be displayed without confirmation of their execution.

There are several types of instructions in Workstation detail:

Material

The instruction tells the operator which material and what amount to add. If more materials are to be added in this step, the blue button is pressed ➕

Measure Parameter

This type of instruction can mean any action where certain values ​​are to be reached. Such an action may be weighing the mixture, tightening the bolts to a specific moment, and others.

To Do Instruction

This type of instruction is a simple command to perform an action, such as starting a machine or just closing a lid.

Time Period

This instruction is intended to maintain a period of time during a specific stage of production, such as the aging of the mixture or the time the machine is running.

Quality Check

This instruction leads to a specific quality check or the sending of material to the appropriate quality control station.
