Reporting - Production plan accuracy
The "Production Plan Accuracy" report is designed to assess how well the production plan has been adhered to for a specific production line and a chosen time period. This report allows users to select a specific production line and specify a period for which they want to obtain information about the planned and actual quantities of materials.
Usage
Selecting a Production Line
Users begin by selecting a specific production line for which they want to gather information on production plan accuracy. This selection should provide a list of all available production lines.
Choosing a Time Period
After selecting the production line, the user specifies a time period for which they want to retrieve data. Typically, the period is set from a specific date to another specific date.
Displaying the List of Materials
After choosing the production line and specifying the time period, the report is updated to display a list of all materials that were planned for production on that line during the chosen period. This list of materials includes the following information for each material:
Material Name: The name of the material planned for production.
Planned Quantity: The quantity of the material planned for production during the selected period.
Actual Quantity Produced: The quantity of the material that was actually produced during the selected period.
Interpreting Results
The "Production Plan Accuracy" report provides users with an overview of how well the production plan has been followed for a given production line and selected period. Users can compare planned and actual quantities of materials and assess whether there are any deviations.
If the actual quantity produced is close to the planned quantity, it indicates a high level of production plan accuracy.
Significant discrepancies between planned and actual quantities may suggest the need to revise the production plan or improve the manufacturing process.
Sample Report

The "Production Plan Accuracy" report is a valuable tool for monitoring the accuracy of production plans and enables quick identification of discrepancies between planned and actual quantities of materials produced. This documentation should assist users in fully utilizing this report within the web application for production management and planning.
