Material groups
A material group is a categorization or classification system used in supply chain management and procurement to group similar materials or products together based on common characteristics or attributes. Material groups are typically used to streamline and simplify procurement processes, manage inventory, and optimize sourcing strategies.
This tab shows all the Material groups created within the P4 application and allows us to create, edit, or delete the material groups. The list of Material groups can be filtered by all shown columns, which means by:

Title
Code
Description
From the operational point of view, it is possible to
create new Material groups via :create: button in the top right corner of the page (this possibility will show empty Material group detailed settings page).
edit existing Material group via
button which will appear after moving cursor to the line you want to edit (this possibility will show Material group detailed settings page with saved data).delete single existing Material group via
button which will appear after moving cursor to the group you want to editdelete multiple Material groups via choosing these (via clicking on the checkbox in the beginning of each group) and then clicking on the
