Maintenance Widgets

Designed for maintenance management, these widgets offer visibility into Maintenance processes. They support maintenance teams in tracking tasks, managing equipment health, and improving overall reliability.

Maintenance Order Status

The Maintenance Order Status widget allows you to search for maintenance orders by order number. Simply enter the order number in the search bar and hit "Enter". The widget will then display all maintenance orders containing that number.

Maintenance Order Overview

The Maintenance Order Overview widget displays the statuses of maintenance orders and the number of orders in each status. The statuses include Created, Assigned, In Progress, Paused, In Redbox, and Completed. By clicking on a specific status, a dialog window opens, showing a detailed list of maintenance orders in that status.

Maintenance Orders On Time Score

The Maintenance Orders on Time Score widget is a gauge-type widget that displays the percentage of maintenance orders completed by technicians on scheduled time. This visual representation helps you quickly assess the efficiency and punctuality of your maintenance operations.

Maintenance Orders in Redbox

The Maintenance Orders in Redbox widget shows a list of the last 10 maintenance orders sent to Redbox. For each order, it displays basic information including the order number, priority, scheduled finish time, equipment number, type of maintenance order, and assigned technician. There is also a button that redirects the user to the Maintenance Order Redbox page for more detailed information.
