Maintenance Order Set assigned users

Endpoint: POST {{host}}/maintenance/orders/1000/actions/set-assigned-users

Input Parameters: Users list

Steps:

1. Deletes old assigned users from Maintenance Order staff

2. Creates new records in Maintenance Order staff

3. For each assigned user creates new record in Maintenance Order history

4. Set status based on following rules:

   1. If no user is assigned (no user provided in the request) → If a team is assigned to MO, status is set to Assigned to Team, otherwise Created status

   2. If at lease one user is assigned and status is created or assigned to team, status is changed to assigned
