KPI definitions
KPI stands for Key Performance Indicator. Organizations use a measurable value or metric to assess and track their progress toward achieving specific objectives or goals. KPIs are essential for evaluating the performance of various aspects of a business or project and determining whether they are on track or need improvement.
This tab shows all the KPI definitions created within the P4 application and allows us to create, edit, or delete the KPI definitions. The list of KPI definitions can be filtered by all shown columns, which means by:
ID
Name
Title
Type
Default severety
From the operational point of view, it is possible to:
create new KPI definitions via :create: a button in the top right corner of the page (this possibility will show empty KPI definitions on the detailed settings page).
edit existing KPI definitions via
a button that will appear after moving the cursor to the KPI definitions you want to edit (this possibility will show KPI definitions detailed settings page with saved data).delete a single existing KPI definition via
button which will appear after moving the cursor to the KPI definition you want to editdelete multiple KPI definitions via choosing these (via clicking on the checkbox at the beginning of each KPI definition) and then clicking on the
button which will appear in the top right corner
