Statistics
Maintenance order
Each KPI except Reaction time is being calculated from MO that is in a status Completed.
Reaction time
Reaction time is calculated:
a) MO created from MN: Reaction time = MO Start time - MN Creation time
b) MO created independently: Reaction time = MO start time - MO creation time.
This is calculated for all MO types except Preventive and Predictive.
Total time
Total time is calculated:
Total time = MO finished - MO created
This is calculated for all MO types.
Mean time to repair
Value is taken from related equipment. See Equipment → MTTR for calculation details.
Mean time between Failure
Value is taken from related equipment. See Equipment → MTBF for calculation details.

Relevant settings:

MTTR - Mean time to repair
Average time of MOs of type Breakdown from the Maintenance order average reaction time settings interval.
MTTR = AVG[all MOs from interval](MO finished - [MO|MN] created)
If the settings of Use time created as breakdown begin in MTBF/MTTR report is disabled, we use the following formula:
MTTR = AVG[all MOs from interval](MO finished - MO started)
MTBF - Mean time between failure
Average time of MOs of type Breakdown from the Maintenance order average reaction time settings interval.
If Use time created as breakdown begin in MTBF/MTTR report is enabled:
MTBF = AVG[all MOs from interval]([MO|MN] created - “previous” MO finished)
If disabled:
MTBF = AVG[all MOs from interval]([MO started - “previous” MO finished)
There is also a second parameter called Include end of last maintenance order in MTBF report. If enabled, we add the last MO as a relevant value for the calculation, where the started/created time is a “current” time and then subtracted from the MOs finish time.
MTBF(last) = current time - “previous” MO finished
Spent time
Total sum of all MOs times from the Maintenance order average reaction time settings interval.
Each MO is multiplied by the amount of technicians assigned to the MO.
This is calculated for all MO types.
Spent time = SUM[all MOs from interval]((MO Finished - MO Started) * technicians count)
Downtime
Total sum of all MOs times of type Breakdown from the Maintenance order average reaction time settings interval.
Downtime = SUM[all MOs from interval](MO finished - MO started)
NOTE: Podle mě by zde měla být taky MN brána v potaz, protože ten čas musí být od nahlášení, nikoliv až od začátku exekuce, je tak?

Spent on maintenance orders
Spent on maintenance order is calculated as a time of MO that was spent in “in progress” status by a given technician. Meaning if a technician completed the MO. If the MO was moved to a redbox by the technician, it is not calculated as another technician could have completed the order.
Spent on MOs = SUM[all relevant MOs from interval](MO in status “in progress”)
This is calculated for all MO types.
Count of maintenance orders involved
Count of maintenance orders is calculated as all MOs the technician closed.
Count of MOs = SUM[all relevant MOs from interval](MO in status “in progress”)
This is calculated for all MO types.
Reports
Equipment
Mean time to repair
The calculation is the same as in “Equipment → MTTR” but the interval is not taken from settings but defined by user.
Mean time between failure
The calculation is the same as in “Equipment → MTBF” but the interval is not taken from settings but defined by user.
Average reaction time
The average reaction time is calculated as as average from all MOs of type Breakdown by a given interval.
Average RT = AVG[all MOs of type breakdown from interval](MO reaction time)
Last maintenance order
The last MO ID executed on this equipment.
Last maintenance order time finish
The last MO finish time.
Count of maintenance orders
The number of MOs in the given interval.
Spent time
The calculation is the same as in “Equipment → Spent time” but the interval is not taken from settings but defined by user.
Downtime
The calculation is the same as in “Equipment → Downtime” but the interval is not taken from settings but defined by user.
