Inbound delivery views

In a digital workstation, inbound delivery views give users a clear and organized look at the shipments coming in. These views show all the important information about incoming deliveries, like who the supplier is, when they're expected to arrive, how many items are coming, and any relevant documents. Users can easily track the progress of inbound deliveries, keep an eye on any delays or issues, and make sure the receiving process runs smoothly. With inbound delivery views, users can quickly spot and prioritize incoming shipments, work closely with suppliers, allocate resources effectively, and keep the warehouse or distribution center running without a hitch.

This tab shows all the Inbound delivery views created within the P4 application and allows us to either create, edit, or delete the Inbound delivery views. The list of Inbound delivery views can be filtered by all shown columns, which means by:

• ID

• Name

From the operational point of view, it is possible to

• create new Inbound delivery views via :create: button in the top right corner of the page (this possibility will show empty Inbound delivery views detailed settings page).

• edit existing Inbound delivery views via button which will appear after moving cursor to the line you want to edit (this possibility will show Inbound delivery view's detailed settings page with saved data).

• duplicate existing Inbound Delivery View via button which will appear after moving cursor to the view you want to duplicate. This will create the duplicate of this Inbound Delivery View as it is only with different ID.

• delete single existing Inbound delivery view via button which will appear after moving cursor to the view you want to edit

• delete multiple Inbound delivery views via choosing these (via clicking on the checkbox in the beginning of each view) and then clicking on the button which will appear in the top right corner

Inbound delivery views detail

In the Inbound delivery views detail screen, we are able to edit already created Inbound delivery views or fill up all information needed to create a new one.
