Outbound deliveries

Involves the process of shipping products from a company to external parties. It includes order processing, picking, packing, and preparing the products for shipment.

  1. List of all customer orders.

  2. Most often orders are imported from another system, the import itself is automatic, but it can be forced using the button :import:, and specifying the concatenated source.

  3. Create an order manually with the button :Add_buttonPC_:

  4. Pair with picked items :Pair:

  5. You can change the page layout with customize table :Customize_Table:

The list of all customer orders can be filtered by all shown columns, it means by:

  • ID

  • Outbound delivery

  • Status

  • Sold to

  • Ship to

  • Ship to (customer code)

  • Sold to (customer code)

  • Ship to (from delivery)

  • Carrier

  • Truck image

  • Fulfillment - Graphically displays progress

  • Ratio WIP and ordered quantity - Items in progress to items ordered

  • Ratio finished quantity and WIP - Completed items to items in process

  • Total quantity in process

  • Finished quantity

  • Queued quantity

  • Delayed quantity

  • Quantity in redbox

  • Ordered quantity

  • Quantity difference - Difference between ordered and completed items

Operations

When a specific item is selected, we have the following options:

a. you can :ship: it manually.
b. If an item is newly created, the button :AutoProcess: will automatically create a reservation for material or requirements for material production. However, it is possible to combine both options (part from stock/part to produce)

Information about:

  1. Inbound delivery.

  2. Supplier from whom an item or product has been acquired through a purchase transaction.

  3. Location or origin from where the item or product is being dispatched or shipped to the recipient or customer.

  4. Carrier

The button :Change: allows us to edit some information.

Next, in this tab we have the option to :AutoProcess2: or :printqualitytests:

Materials
  1. List of all ordered items
    a. option to add a note with
    b. Set the Handling Unit Template
    c. Set the reservation quantity (only if its not created)
    d. Specify the creation type
    e. Process item
    f. Print

  2. For multiple items at once with :setforselected:

  3. Delete item

  4. Print delivery -

  5. Expedite all items

  6. Create selected items

This tab provides a comprehensive view of the detailed information regarding the items:

  • For warehouse materials: It displays the exact location, material ID, and status of each specific item.

  • For production: It shows the specific production items and the production line on which each item is being produced, along with their respective statuses.

  • Additionally, there is a feature called :prepare: , which allows users to send information to the warehouseman, notifying them to prepare a particular item for a specific truck. This helps streamline the preparation process.

    Furthermore, there is a button called :Export:, which facilitates the dispatch of all reservations that are in the "prepared" status. This allows for efficient management and handling of multiple item preparations simultaneously.

We can also manually add a reservation:

Files related to orders

In this tab we have and option to add media or document related to the outbound delivery by using drag and drop of selection from predfined files.
