Maintenance notifications are alerts or reminders that inform relevant individuals about scheduled or required maintenance tasks, inspections, or repairs. They help ensure timely and proactive maintenance activities to maintain equipment functionality and minimize downtime.

The list of all maintenance notification can be filtered by all shown columns, it means by:

• ID

• Maintenance notification number

• Status

• Priority

• Description

• Created on

• Equipment number

• Equipment description

• Maintenance order type

Creation of a new notification

We have two types of notifications:

1. Corrective

2. Breakdown

Options with a specific item

1. Select specific item:
   a. option to delete
   b. option to create maintenance order
   c. ability to assign to a specific operator

Maintenance order detail

1. Basic information
   - option to change Priority and Type

2. Attachments
   - option to include images, videos, audio files, or documents.
